Quo vadis, regionale Christentumsgeschichte?

Christian history is often most fascinating when explored on a local or regional scale. By pairing in-depth archival research with modern methods and theories, a bottom-up approach often reveals crucial historical insights that would otherwise remain hidden. This publication brings together a diverse group of stakeholders - including academics, archivists, curators, teachers, and students - to foster an interdisciplinary dialogue and highlight the innovative nature of regional history. This volume also serves as the first volume in the new series 'Regionale Christentumsgeschichte,' which focuses on interdenominational regional historical research and monographs from the German-speaking world.
